This colour scale was previously used to associate people's self-perceived sexuality to a colour, I saw this in a magazine in the 90s and found it to match the colours I read from energy.

The original scale was more pink in the bottom, but it's mostly the same. It's more about intensity of an activity though. When I saw my past life ripper self once on a city street, (this was before I knew anything about it at all) she had very strong orange energy around the middle channel of the body, but it was uneven and I saw the form as "nasty". Normally young girls have pink regular energy, then it start going dark and bad as they near 20, turning disgusting after that. I didn't understand that meaning of this strong orange, or how someone could have that at that age (she appeared as a maybe 12 year old looking girl in dark clothes, didn't really stand out and there was no sense of attraction to her at all, just that energy which didn't match the appearance).
In this case, the orange energy came from the crudest form of tantric practice and "sacrificial yoga" (it's a recognized path) which most people never do.

In your case, since you aren't cutting up animals (or people) and assuming you also aren't a whore, it would likely be some other physical activity performed with intensity, and a correct mindset.

Yoga or weightlifting could be it. Gong can be orange, if it's red for you, then maybe it needs to be red to transform for you. This is personal.
