I think it works on one domain .net or .org. I'd say .net.
Way back when I tried it out I could see someone else is typing and they could see me typing. Personally I don't see the point of it, and I have not used it anywhere else so I don't know what the feature is really about.
As things stand, it is unlikely that'll fix it if it is broken. Maybe will implement something for magrathea.
