Did a lot of visualization practice, there's some inprovement. Can do it longer now before being exhausted. Went shopping for furniture with Cat, she gave some helpful input. Would spend too much money if I let her so I gotta be a bit careful with her ideas.

Also there was a minor fire at my workplace, had to evacuate the building. I noticed nothing about it. Cat didn't give a fuck, being carefree is nice but I dunno how she would react in a real danger situation.
