I thought first we move and then the NPCs? And we should have coordinated with the guard, it would be better for him to attack the beast instead of aiding the wizard, Yulya was supposed to do that. Ok, he's 1 turn faster which probably matters and now that the guard went for the wizard I think it's better the way it is. What a chaos, thats realism for you!
