We can easily eat 2 rations each if that helps.
Still not sure if running makes that much of a difference. Arriving there injured after multiple ambushes is just as bad as exhaustion. As Cat said we don't think you weaklings can deal with that. I say we walk or better yet run near Phandalin and then walk to arrive after 6h. Is that a good compromise?
