My business partner told me about someone she knows in my hood renting for some outrageous price, like an insane price, and I was like, no way. I looked it up on zillow and I'm like, holy crap with two well paying jobs I couldn't afford to rent here.

It's at least double what it was in 2019, I'm not kidding. Who's paying this? I don't get it. How much do these renters flipping make and why am I working this hard and not making that?

But Jesus, if I didn't work as hard as I did to be able to afford what I got I'd have to move to the ghetto. It makes me nervous.
