I'm American, we don't mess around with puny bombs, must have 1 mile blast radius or not bother. As Lieutenant Commander I'd probably just point out where to drop them. Florida is a good start, but that's just live fire practice, our real target would be China, just drop anywhere you please gentlemen, let god sort em out.
