its repurposed weather balloons used to smuggle cigarettes into EU. shit disrupts air traffic too the airport had to close several times in recent weeks. which is also why the fuckers do that. not sure what that means yet looks like we can not only arrest refuggers they send us across the border but also citizens that pick up contraband from the balloons. and by 'citizens' i mean russians.
