In a world where the church oversaw all you can have any flavor you want as long as it's Christian. Certainly a utopia where the biggest worry was where I can get low cost rhinoplasty for a friend of mine. The answer of course was the church, there was only churches and church services.
Outside on a beautiful sunny day I stood in front of an Episcopalian church of some grandeur, I looked to the distance and saw a huge building, towering into the sky hundreds of stories, Evangelist, and behind that an order of magnitude larger, so large, so tall it was faded by atmospheric occlusion was possibly Orthodox, and I said, half jokingly, "that's the one where God must be."
There were still non-whites, but yes pur biggest concerns were cosmetic. Refreshing.
People literally lived and worked all kinds of professions inside the churches. At least medical and office work anyway.
