Yes, you gave this advice before. It works, but it's hard. Like Kashtan said, for NPCs merely reacting to stimuli without any internal self-reflection, this is unobtainable. Even for me as HSP this is really hard even thouh I over-analyze things. But not being controlled by certain emotion is difficult. I try. It's much better than when I was younger and any negative response from another person was world-shattering. Not that I cared about their opinion, but the words still hurt.

One remark - the problem is less 'me' but the BodyOS which reacts to stimuli with certain emotions. Even if I realize that these reactions are nonsense, the body still acts this way. The Body OS is lazy and stubborn and doesn't like interference.
