Our restaurants are dirty af, don't ask. They occasionally have mongaloids working there and Corky sticks his dirty hands in everything. Not to mention cockroaches the size of toy cars, rats, mice, stray cats, etc. I never had to work in a professional kitchen, but I know from others that it's not a sanitary place.
