But what did she actually do? We give support as needed but in our understanding it's like the body does most of the work, Bear doesn't even feel like he's 100% doing it. For precision stuff and checking, it's like we interrupt the body from doing things to be more careful or make changes to the routine.

Ofc anything done the first few times, it's 100% control.

For example, if we were doing something like replacing oil in a car, it's not like anyone actually even has to pay attention anymore, the body knows how to do that. If we were riding a bike, walking, driving, we can go full autonomous mode, enjoy the ride or think about things and there won't even necessarily be a memory of most of the trip.

Personally I wouldn't even want to touch the food, or eat it, or think about it, but say we were making a recipe for Bear, isn't it just like, how precisely you want to do it? Or again if you're doing it the first time, but can you describe the personal contributions made by Cat?
