不过说来也真是奇怪,吃饭前吃了绿豆饼和消化饼测血糖7.1,后面又吃了炒饭去测餐一血糖才5.6,我以为零食的糖分还没消耗掉又进食碳水血糖肯定要飙到9,怎么才一小时血糖就接近空腹了呢🤔

你可以把跑步机放到电脑前,搞个架子把键盘鼠标摆好,边玩电脑边走路,速度调到6码,减肥娱乐两不误,而且还不怎么累。
