全国首家“商鞅法治思想研究中心”在陕西商州法院成立

受陕西省委政法委领导的政务号“陕西法学会”7月30日发文，称西北大学法学院、商洛市法学会与商洛市商州区人民法院联合成立了全国法院系统首家“商鞅法治思想文化研究中心”。

文章称，该研究中心建立了法院与高校互聘10名专家法官的机制、组织干警撰写商鞅赋能基层治理论文并获省级奖项，还收集了古今中外研究商鞅的古典及书籍158册，其中还特别涵盖了英、法、德、俄、日、韩等多国语言版本，供基层法官干警研读交流。
