I just got scammed by a fucker that sold me a puppy stating that he was vaccinated. The puppy is in the hospital on the verge of dying because of the absence of the vaccination. I would like to recover my money and probably hack this asshole. I have the account I made the transfer to, the phone number and the MercadoPago where he promotes the puppies. Any thoughts?

don't cheat yourself and just give up if you can't go to port 8080 and login with default credentials, not every sysadmin is that stupid/lazy.
