Did the dev team bail causing Nukuz to bail? I emailed the devs a couple times and they were always quick to reply, witty, well-meaning people. Your theory might make sense, especially because they seemed to be the the only other members of the revived Kolyma, except for the "KN-Lobby", a list of prospective Kolyma employes that include those whose signed up for Kolyma News Network
The plans for the Network were grandiose, this is the word I would use, even in its youngest stage there were spreadsheets, bureaucracy even, for its future plans
