You faggots need to listen to this. NOW DAMMIT!
>rock is somehow dead
Just face it we've been spoiled when it comes to music. About time for a 10/10 album though. I'll post the entire album itt.

Ten seconds, that's all it took to hear the depraved and cloned mutant that this monstrosity is.
One song later it stands the same.
This shit is nothing new, there are many bands with exactly this sound and style.

Want more? Turn on the radio.

lmao dude

Prove it nigger. Just because it's inspired from 80s rock? doesn't mean shit.

Bored me to tears, the chord progression, rhythm, it just sounds too, well generic. It's like I've heard it somewhere before and it just puts me to a boredom induced sleep. I don't know if this sort of music is popular amongst normies or not, but it sounds like something that belong in the radio.

To be fair the last normie tier song I liked was Capital Cities' Kangaroo Court. But I loved that due to its lyrics, it resonated with me and all my fuck ups.

Intro reminded me of Fifths of Seven's Rosa Centifolia and its sister tracks, but in a good way. Good taste anon.

When I was younger, atomic bitchwax was something I heard a lot to, along with Fu manchu, Kyuss, Orange Goblin and Nebula. Thing is once you've heard one, you have heard them all. Similarly it is with the rock you posted, op.

Anonymous 07/08/2016 (Fri) 15:00:49 [Preview] No. 1208 del
Wow, OP. I really like the way that the beat doesn't change. Like at all. Reeeeeeeal creative.

Can you recommend me albums in which the chord progression, time scale, and key doesn't overlap for them? I'm new to whatever the fuck their genre is.

>>1224
I haven't been listening to the stoner rock genre for a good while. If you're new, the overlap does not matter. I recommend you the first album I found which is Sky valley by Kyuss.

If I've misunderstood and you meant Atomic bitchwax, then I simply shrug. That was even longer of ago.

I'm not sure what you mean, can you explain?
Like what is an overlapping chord progression?

>>1225
It's been a while since I listened to Kyuss. Garcia is a beast. Reminds me of Unida and Hermano.

>I haven't been listening to the stoner rock genre for a good while.
So what are you listening to now?

/mu/ has a history of shitting on new albums/bands they've never heard of... just to protect their "legacy band" that supposedly can't be beaten. You guys are all children, seriously.

Stop being such a whiny fag

OP asked for an expert opinion and /mu/ delivered. Deal with it.

>just to protect their "legacy band" that supposedly can't be beaten.
Wait, who is shilling a genuine 10/10 LP here?

>/mu/ has a history of shitting on new albums/bands they've never heard of
hearsay! Your facts are all distorted.

Yes how dare musicians have, I don't know, technical ability?

Speaking of, the first song sounds like Eagles of Death Metal with Franz Ferdinand phased through somewhere in the middle.
