It's a pure bunker that archives all posts and locks all boards except for the additional /p/ board, which is a kind of discussion forum while the real Nanochan is down.

I give 4/5 stars, because an imageboard or bunker can always be improved.

Not the operator of that site but it has been shut down, yes, since nanochan is now stable. Nobody is running a bunker at the moment, except for this board.
