I play a bunch of FPS's mostly, all of which have native clients.
Warsow
Xonotic
OpenArena
Quakeworld + Quake I (Ezquake)
Quake II (Yamagi)
Quake III (ioq3)
Doom II (Chocolate-Doom, Prboom+, Zandronum)
Unreal Tournament 2004
I have CS 1.6 but I don't really play it anymore.

I play a bunch of older stuff in DosBOX too.

I like that chaos esque anthology tbh, seen it posted around, it's xonotic with a bunch of mods.

Can we also discuss games that work on wine?
e.g
-Sonic Mania is Platinum on WineHQ

I don't know what has happened to wine. Deus Ex used to be platinum, now it's garbage. I wanted to play the redux recently and it didn't work at all. The final (g?) patch was just the wine compatibility that Loki wrote like openGL support so you'd think it would be easy but it's changed so much.

Also thought I'd mention that the original dungeon keeper runs great using keeperfx. The GOG version is literally just dosbox and looks shit.

Native Linux games or gtfo.

Also fuck Sega for not making a *nix port of Mania, not to mention the whole DRM debacle.
