Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty, Kelly is unlikely to be of Russian descent for these reasons:
1- She is from São Paulo (which I confirm because I saw her social media at the time) — a place where there are almost no descendants of Russians.
2- If she had a Russian surname, she would put it everywhere since Brazilians love to show off that they have very different surnames.
3- The surname she uses is Italian, which makes sense given where she is from, since São Paulo has a huge number of Italian descendants.

The "Russian" claim is most likely just a cope or a complete fabrication.
