Someone is playing a prank on you.

On Endchan, boards are run by the users. Each board has a Board Owner (BO). If the BO does not log in for 30 days, the board becomes claimable. You can see that on the boards page (accessible from the navbar on top): https://endchan.org/boards.js
We have logs too (accessible from the home page): https://endchan.org/logs.js
Recently /kukukunew/ was claimed by user asdhjHqwej, and we transferred the board to him on 05/30. See in the logs: https://endchan.org/.global/logs/2025-05-30.html
On 05/31 user themanwhohate deleted a post: https://endchan.org/.global/logs/2025-05-31.html
On 06/01 user ciallo issued a ban: https://endchan.org/.global/logs/2025-06-01.html
Imagine my surprise when today I see my username as the board owner.

Board owners have the option to transfer their boards to other users.
The logs don't show board transfers between users,
The logs don't show when I as an Admin transfer the board to someone, only when I take it away: https://endchan.org/.global/logs/2025-06-02.html
So it seems that user asdhjHqwej gave the board to user themanwhohate and him gave it to ciallo who in the end transferred it to my account.
Note: asdhjHqwej, themanwhohate, and ciallo most likely are the same person with different accounts.

I still have to decide what to do about the board. Perhaps I will create a user, transfer the board to it, then let the ownership expire so the board becomes claimable again.
Currently the only notable board setting is the "Early 404" - see the screenshot for explanation.

My dearest Islanders.
It would be the best if one of you would step forward and claim the board, and be the Board Owner it deserves. I hope it deserves a good BO.

Yes, Board Owners can add Board Volunteers.
The user has to make an account, give the account's username to the BO and BO can add it to the BVs.

I don't know if he has anything to do with the board owners of /kukukunew/ I have no information available to decide that.
I don't know any of these users' intentions.
You Islanders can only use the site, whatever boards you want, and see for yourself, decide yourself.

Note: there is some content on /freekukuku/ which we might delete, because seems to violate global rules. We still have to review and decide.
