What comes to mind is the Vice City soundtrack.

You might find something here as well: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD-4g5w1h8xQpLaNS_ghU4g

Never thought of that but Vice City is probably the GTA game I've played most

But yeah I want a disc of generic 80's-90's Ear sex that would be used in commercials like this

Anonymous 03/10/2016 (Thu) 11:54:40 [Preview] No. 288 del
Serously there has to be some kind of artist that does "late 80's-early-90's-carcommercial-wave" or something"

Or do a see a niche to exploit myself..

Is Carpenter Brut too aggressive to be in this genre?

Carpenter Brut has some bodacious tunes, but personally I've had it to my neck with these 2edgy4u artists/bands and their stupid imagery and symbols.

You also have the excellent soundtracks from Miami Hotline 1 & 2.

As an extra, here's Perturbator's song Vengeance that I believe was used for the MH1 trailer:

I love Carpenter Brut but it's not the same thing. I almost just want one of the countless collections of this shit that produced at the time for shitty commercials, but has been since apparently destroyed

Who do you think was the most trustworthy meteorologist in the storied history of TWC, /mu/?

Everybody knocked her vacant stare, but Kristina's ability to rock the pantsuit was unrivaled. Everybody knows women in pantsuits know the most about baroclinic troughs.

I still want to know who made the track that backs the video in my OP

I simply must listen to it while driving my GM vehicle.

I miss my Reatta though, it would have paired so well with any retrowave or whatever shit. Muh green phosphor touchscreen

I did love that car. Mine was the same color but with a power moonroof

The touchscreen was dank also one of the things I discovered while installing aftermarket speakers in the doors was that there were fiber optics running into the housing for that light on the inside of the door that is to help other drivers see your door if it is open.

It was for the diagnostic system that could tell you to replace bulbs or other more important parts. I always wondered if fiber optics made sense, why not just put the light sensor in the housing and run a regular wire? Probably because that wasn't schway enough..

It was a sweet car though, even in 2005 people were amazed by the tech

But outside of the tech tacked on it was basically a FWD GM car minus two seats with the 3800 that all of the cars had. Not that there is anything wrong with that, the GM3800 is legendary and I have a newer version in my current car.

It has been several years since I owned the Reatta but I just saw one on the road about a week ago. I want one again

What you're looking for is called "Production Music". It's canned music that can be licensed for use in TV shows, commercials, movies, etc.

http://www.killertracks.com/#!/browse.aspx?selectedLabelId=36&PageNo=4
Listen to all the Network Music (The company that made Deadline) tracks for free here. Quality is only 112kbps MP3 but a lot of the Network stuff is also sold on itunes so if you hear something you like you can buy it there. For late 80s to early 90s, try NM050 to NM100.

Here's Deadline on Killertracks

http://pornotrond.blogspot.ca/
This blog (and some of the blogs it links to) has a bunch of old production music. Mostly 70s stuff so probably not what you want.

And finally, a gift from me - Network Music's 1993 demo CD. Enjoy.
