Wanted to comment on the AI aspects of this Issue. As to the fingerprints,it is highly doubtful that Fisher tried to alter his fingerprints as that leaves visible scars that are easy to spot.AI can spot things that are hard for human eyes to see... In this instance if he did alter anything it would have been the fingerprint records themselves,he would have had to have access to the records, maybe in a clerks position, but if he got too creative then maybe he took the right prints off one person and the left prints from another. That might be easy for AI to spot and nearly impossible for a human to see as there is symmetry in one persons prints from right to left in nature, not that the prints are alike exactly, but in relative sizes they are similar, however two different people would have minor differences in the micro distance between ridges in the prints. This leaves the question as to why he would do such a thing? He had not committed the crime for which he is wanted now when he was in the Navy.Could it be that he had already committed a different crime from which he was trying to hide? I do have issue with the face image in the Wanted image. That is too young of an appearance for someone that was born in 1961.I searched online for an AI image that was age progressed of Fisher and so will post it with this comment.
