Well he switched to Tor. I could commandeer the board and turn it off, but I assume some legit users don't want that.
So that's that. If you don't like the posts just ignore them.
I could write a script to select the all uppercase posts and hide them, or delete them or whatever, but I don't think it's worth the time and effort. Especially since he could just switch to writing normally.
