You don't need an account to post on Endchan, it's an anonymous imageboard. Namefagging can be done with tripcodes, see ?help.
You need an account if you want to open a board, or want to become a volunteer on a board or the site. That's about it.

Click on the eye at the start of the thread header (just after the checkbox), then open the watched threads in the navbar on top.
