i just built a PC and installed windows 11

i want to use it for my personal and business stuff

i have tails on a boot already and messed with the microsoft settings

anything else i can do to make sure all my stuff is safe and 'off grid' within reason?

Your first issue was installing windows 11 instead of linux. You are already compromised.
