1. The Constitutional Tribunal's leadership has been challenged.
Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska issued orders suspending Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański from their duties for one month. She claims authority to take over the Tribunal's leadership as its most senior judge.

2. Why did she do this?

I think the big part of the story missing on your report is that the "leadership" - as you call them - of that court, have never been legally elected to that position. Polish people have protested about that since 2017. The new government has tried to restore the rule of law.

Enoch Burke confronts Archbishop John McDowell in Armagh

Today Enoch Burke, the teacher who was suspended from the Church of Ireland’s Wilson’s Hospital School in Co. Westmeath, confronted the Primate of All Ireland, Church of Ireland Archbishop John McDowell at his Cathedral and See House in Armagh.
Archbishop McDowell acts as Patron of Wilson’s Hospital School. In 2022, the School commanded all teachers at the school to refer to a student by a new name and the “they” pronoun. Enoch Burke refused to do so. He was suspended by the Board of Management.
Enoch Burke today asked the Primate why he had been silent while he had languished in prison for over 700 days. “I have languished in a prison cell for upholding the Church of Ireland ethos,” he said, “and for refusing to forsake Scriptural truth. What do you have to say about the Archbishop? You are silent, your lips are sealed.” He noted that the Church of Ireland doctrine that the Archbishop is sworn to uphold is “man and woman, male and female.”
Archbishop McDowell first attempted to flee the scene. He then walked out of the gates of the Cathedral and into his residence, the See House, saying he was “going about his lawful business” and refusing to provide any answer. He was accompanied by the Dean of the Cathedral who sought to shield the Archbishop from answering questions. “Look at this man, his lips are silent; this is what he does, this is what he gets away with while this [transgenderism] is being promoted in every school, in Wilson’s Hospital School,” Enoch Burke said, “You will not get away with that Archbishop McDowell.”
The encounter ended when Archbishop John McDowell and his Dean disappeared into the See House and slammed the door.
Archbishop John McDowell is the reason why Enoch Burke has spent over 700 days in prison and counting. The people of the Church of Ireland should not be deceived by this man who is sworn to maintain the Church of Ireland ethos and doctrine but is silent when the affirmation of transgenderism is forced upon the teachers and students of Church of Ireland schools.

Amid legal concerns, WA suspends contribution limits for candidates and PACs

Washington state’s campaign finance enforcers are allowing candidates for legislative and Supreme Court seats to spend as much of their own money on their campaigns in the final days of this election.
And the state Public Disclosure Commission is also not enforcing caps on how much money political committees not tied to a ballot measure can accept in the run-up to next week’s election.
The citizen panel voted last week to suspend enforcement of the restrictions, amid ongoing concerns that the statute may not withstand a legal challenge.
“The law has not changed,” said Natalie Johnson, spokesperson for the Public Disclosure Commission. “The commission is concerned that the law on the books is not enforceable and is telling staff to not enforce it.”
At issue is a statute that limits contributions a committee can accept or a candidate can give themself in a short but critical period of time — seven days before a primary and 21 days before a general election. It sets the bar at $75,000 for those seeking legislative seats and statewide office, and $7,500 for a political committee or candidate running for a local office.
Limits on individual contributions to candidates are still in place. And, in the 21 days before the general election, all candidates and political committees must report contributions totaling $1,500 or more from one source within 48 hours of receiving it.
Though the commission decision was the product of a public conversation begun earlier this year, its timing so close to the Nov. 3 election vexed election professionals and political observers. Some warned it enables large sums of money to flow to political committees actively engaged in supporting and opposing candidates on Tuesday’s ballot.
Dave Ammons, a retired reporter who served on the commission from 2017-21, said he was “perplexed and troubled” by the commission action in a post on Facebook.
“The trouble with huge late infusions of money is that they can influence outcomes that may not be known until after the election,” he said. “I wouldn’t bend the knee to court challenges unless there is a direct court order in a live case.”
Such an infusion appeared to have occurred Monday when Washington Needs to Compete, a business-backed committee that’s raised in excess of $13 million, funneled $100,000 to Jobs PAC, another business-funded committee that’s spent money supporting and opposing an array of legislative candidates.

The "Policyjna Solidarność" police union has sent an open letter to Police Commander-in-Chief Gen. Marek Boroń, demanding he publicly explain the police's role at the Constitutional Court.

Amid the heightened concerns about President Donald J. Trump’s safety, the U.S. Secret Service has deployed AN/TWQ-1 Avenger short-range air defense systems (SHORADS) near his residence at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
These systems, manufactured by Boeing, are mounted atop the U.S. Army’s 4X4 military trucks, the Heavy High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), or Humvees, and were also installed about three miles west of Donald J. Trump International Airport.

Mobile missile system
The Avenger features a 360-degree rotating turret with two missile pods mounted on a Humvee’s heavy chassis and can fire FIM-92 Stinger missiles. Each launcher has a capacity to hold four of these heat-seeking surface-to-air missiles and operates day and night in all weather conditions.
A gunner guards the Avenger from the firing station between the two missile pods and operates the launcher. The crew can also operate the weapon system from a remote control unit up to meters away from the firing line.
As operational requirements change, the highly mobile Avenger systems can be repositioned to defend against incoming aerial threats, offering air defense for the maneuver force.
The upgraded missile system provides on-the-go defensive protection for troops on the ground and in homeland security operations, countering aerial threats, including drones.
These infrared-guided weapons were originally designed to defeat helicopters, aircraft, cruise missiles, and larger unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). They engage aerial targets at low altitudes and are designed to protect specific locations rather than defend an entire region.
According to photos shared on online platforms, two such Avengers have been deployed near the Trump International Airport.

Counter-UAS to counter hostile drones
Besides the Avenger missile systems, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and North American Aerospace Defense Command have also deployed Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) capabilities to support the Secret Service, according to media reports.
These counter-drone flyaway kits that are rapidly deployable help to spot, classify, and track UAVs. The systems also have the ability to react to drone threats that are detected using both passive and active sensor systems, such as electro-optical and infrared cameras, or Ku-band radars.
Pulsar-based electronic warfare systems, part of the UAS, can use radio-frequency signals to detect and disrupt hostile drones. They rely on jamming the Global Positioning System (GPS) signals of hostile drones to neutralize or spoof them. However, if the jamming fails, the kits recruit kinetic interceptors or other defeat mechanisms.
Earlier this week, soldiers in the United States tested rapidly deployable counter-drone systems. They trained on Trust Automation’s Rapidly Deployable Small-Unmanned Air Defense System, or RD-SUADS, a palletized counter-drone system.
RD-SUADS is the air-transportable member of Trust Automation’s Small-Unmanned Air Defense System family, designed to detect, track, identify, and defeat small drones at bases and deployed sites. The company built it to be shipped and set up quickly without relying on local power.

DRG, in these videos, collaborate with other groups, receive briefings from others such as Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET), participate in and host working groups, and so forth.
But DRG are not the shot-callers. They explicitly do not decide when a mass protest has to happen. They do not have a final say in what has to occur before mass mobilization occurs. Erica Chenoweth isn't personally secretly running things. Mike Smith is a high level operational leader, not a shot-caller.

So who calls the shots?
Put together the Democracy Files and Winters' drops, and a larger hierarchical picture emerges: ESRN, Election Safeguards Response Network, which is mentioned in @nataliegwinters
reporting. The Democracy Files heavily suggests that ESRN is who ultimately calls the shots when it is time to mobilize United Democracy Alliance (UDA).
And that particular trail leads directly to none other than Norm Eisen.
Now, this does not mean Eisen is the unilateral mastermind. Most likely, that belongs to yet another mysterious small coalition of elites - we can only speculate on who else is in that club; ESRN is financed under State Democracy Defenders Action, EIN 93-1524544.
But Eisen's hands are on a great many levers, and we can reasonably infer he is one of the key decision-making figures.
