its an overlay file of the picture that can be exported and put on the map thru a layers iconned option in the right bar menu

Important thing to consider is that Wplace has droplet currency that is acquired with each pixel you place and level advancement which you can spend in the shop. You should ONLY spend on capacity until you reach atleast 1000 and after that if youre interested enough you could also buy haiti flag to save money on pixels placed there.
