lik the whole point of stuxnet wasnt to steal data or hijack control of the computer or whatever lik a normal varus. the point was to cause irl damage to equipment by sending junk data to sensitive external equipment, while simultaneously tricking the computer into thinking that said junk data was "normal"
so i guess its not external equipment, but in spirit, youd be doing a similar thang. varus tells computer fan to "chill", while simultaneously telling computer that "this is fine", until sukhdeep is engulfed in lithium hellfire
