She only began claiming 'psychosis' as part of her legal defense.

I am skeptical of notions of "Psychosis" within murder cases, most cases of Schizophrenia or Psychosis very rarely result in murder so the first episode being the triple murder of her children in what seemed like a planned murder suicide is quite suspicious.
