I'm depressed, my best friend of multiple years got with my ex. But that's not even the part I'm sad over, I'm sad because he's no longer spending time with me, in the last 3 days I maybe got to talk to him for like 4 hours. I really really miss him and don't know what to do. I've already tried talking to him but he doesn't seem to understand how much it is effecting me. I'm honestly to the point where I either want to throw my life away or kms.
