That would probably have some effect but no, I'd take it orally. My plan is to first disrupt biofilm in the gut so the oregano oil can have a stronger effect on bacteria. It's most likely gonna feel like sudden fever after ten minutes, then subsides. Then I restore good bacteria with some probiotic foods. The biofilm disruptor is gonna cost four times as much as the oil so I'll have to wait until next month

Try Kimchi, it's fermented cabbage/veggies/spices mixed together. Very strong taste and some people think it has an overpowering flavor but it is extremely good for your gut, it will help flush out bad bacteria, stimulates healthy bowel movement, cleans your gut out and will help you lose weight if eaten every day. Whenever I eat it I feel better the next day, far less bloated and never constipated. The Koreans eat Kimchi as a side dish all the time with their meals for this very reason.

Eating Kimchi and making recipes from Chia seeds is much cheaper than buying overpriced supplements.

One of the best things you can do for health, including gut health, is to get sugar and carbs out of your diet as much as possible and go Keto. Focus on certified organic foods, real food (veggies, meat, fish, eggs, fruit, cheese, yogurts, nuts, whole grain cereals, salads). Not mass produced toxic crap from big chains or gas station junk foods. Learn to cook, it's not hard and actually cooking your own food is very rewarding and can be fun in a relaxed environment. You go Keto long enough and you will start to lose weight, your bowel movements will normalize once again, you'll get sick far less often, you'll feel stronger and less lethargic. You'll have more mental clarity and physical energy. The reason people today feel like shit is because they consume absolute shit. You are what you eat.

You should read "The Bubble Economy: Lessons from the Tulip Mania" by Andy Reven. It is the best book about the economy and money. This quick read is impressively insightful and makes you feel smart. A must for nonfiction book lovers. Google it now!

You won't need as many supplements if you eat real natural unprocessed foods. Mass processed foods are void of nutrients and vitamins which is the #1 reason people need a supplement.

Maybe living in a free country leads people to be trusting and friendly and living in a police state causes people to be suspicious and rude.

Americans used to be surprised Russians from the Soviet Union were unfriendly.

Now that the USA is also a police state, you might understand why.

Hmmm what are these girls fighting about? What is this time?

They didn't like the way they moved their hair or something?
