Humans are omnivores which is why most people eat both meat and vegetables. Both are healthy foods, as long as they are not highly processed or cured with chemicals. While I agree it is unfortunate animals are killed for food I still would not want to live in a world where we cannot eat meat. I like it too much and it is part of my keto diet (meat, fish, vegetables and dairy/ low sugar low carb diet).
Foods humans should actually avoid is too much sugar and carbs because that causes obesity, diabetes and cancer. Most mass processed foods are filled with sugars, carbs and toxic chemicals.
