oh wow very textured and dry. mine is smooth and moist. you would benefit greatly from chewing your food more. you are but a bag of fluids and so does your stommach expect the food you swallow: a liquid. when you only chew enough to be able to swallow it down, you are swallowing inaccessible surface area that the liquids your stommach is adding can not touch. best case this is just roughage and it flows through you (though you might not have that good of a flow given how dry your sausage is). worst case this gets stuck in your gi tract.
