Protip: if you're going to quote the US code, you might want to look up what "obscene" means. Aside from merely being pornographic, the work also has to "lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value". This is quoted verbatim in clause 2B of the law you link, but in clause 1B, the word "obscene" is used, and this references the Miller test which ALSO requires the work to lack any of these qualities.

Most if not all loli pornography has serious artistic value. Art is expression of human creativity intended to be appreciated for its emotional power, and lust is an emotion. There is a reason why sites like 4chan and Gelbooru, both of which would permit the image in the OP, have not been taken down by law enforcement despite their servers being physically within the United States. This content does not break US law, and is protected by the first amendment (Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition, 2002). It does not meet the definition of obscenity.

What a weird take. If you put "loli ok" right after "suggestive audo-visual content" then everyone in their right mind will interpret that as "suggestive audo-visual content of loli is ok". You could argue that only ecchi is allowed though if we focus on "suggestive".

Anyways it seems like there's no good loli place to hang out left. 4chan's /b/ loli threads and allthefallen? Are they still active? I stopped visiting those places years ago and don't feel like going back because they don't allow anonymous posting.
