I'm pretty sure you can find all of his works on annas-archive or archive.org (annas-archive.org and archive.org respectively), just type Degrelle and you'll find pretty much everything he wrote.
There's also the cool "Je n'ai qu'un sentiment, c'est un immense regret" ("I only have one sentiment, a huge regret") speech, it's very famous, I think you can find it easily on archive.org but if you can't I'll try uploading it here later with an english translation
