I was walking over to Keith Confer's house to question him. He is the teacher I had who told me I was a "New Adam". Next, I planned what I was going to do. I was going to test the Kansas Highway Patrolman who was living across the street from me. I thought, "I'll just go ring his doorbell and see what he's up to, maybe find out who he is". I rang the doorbell and got no answer so I walked back to my porch. The next thing I knew, he came out of the house from his garage side dressed in his full Highway Patrolman outfit with a gun pointed at me and yelled, "WHAT DID YOU RING MY DOORBELL FOR?!" I cowered behind the wall of my porch to avoid possibly getting shot and went back inside to sit down at the computer. Next, the local police came over and said that the Highway Patrolman requested I be trespassed from his property. I said, "okay", and then reached out to hug one of the police officers, and he pushed me away, so I swung at the cop. They charged me with, "Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer", but they lied in court about making it known to me that I had a court date with a charge, so I have to pay an extra $1000 fine. I asked the next day after I got out of jail if I had charges, and the probation officer called down to the court services office and they said I had no charges and no court date.
