If I set up a splinter that's accessable only over Tor/I2P, would people use it, or is that too tricky for the average kuzzyboil? Mind you, I wouldn't be tolerant of CP or anything like that just because it's tor.
I just don't want to go out and buy a VPS and have to worry about my debit card with my name on it being attached. And most VPS providers have a rulecucked TOS that says that you can't have anything edgy or racist on your site.
