Yes the tour threads seem to be a good start. It is difficult, I've seen this issue before. But cyc is more of a core poster thread and it's very uncommon to have a place to discuss without a name attached so I don't think it'll bleed users like the other groups I made/was part of. It could be up to us to create a slow cyc throughout the season, then post for the TdF on /sp/ as you say. I recall a lot of tourists, a lot. A 1 bert conversion rate a year would be enough because few ever leave I think. Therefore I don't think this is a particularly big issue.
