In particular, I've been scraping with my IP for ages now and tiktok does not care one bit about me it seems, but I have not been using my cookies too much if at all.
On the other hand my firefox refuses to load the tiktok site for a while now and it mostly coincided with me beginning my en-masse scraping endavour. I am not logged in there though.

I believe you know this already (since it's anglosphere law) but it's much harder to set precedent in the US than follow up with it. Basically what they will do instead is just follow the precedent and ban it in I dunno, maybe a month, maybe 3 months and that's all she wrote. There are only 2 options really 1. You get used to it and it doesn't hurt (well it still hurts, but it's more of a being tired than actual pain) 2. It's not enough of volume/strain and you're just practically doing cardio.

You can of course combine cardio and hypertrophy and there's plenty of leeway when building muscle early on but I'm talking generally.
