Exactly friend! Life isn't meant to be all intellectual bouts at attaining God like Discipleship over all of creation! We are people, regardless of weather we are humans or not. Are you able to communicate with God or some gods? Some religions claim that it is only possible (reserved) for priests or high class of priests; some spiritual groups claim that you can talk directly and in a reasonably-clearly manner with some divinities/spirits; they called that type of communication praying.

Some horny people confuse romance with kindness.
In theory, it looks silly confusing romance/love/lust with kindness/care. But it happens, a lot as people lack good emotional control (specially in teenage years).
Currently, good emotional self-control is not taught in human schools properly and it is not taught by a lot of parents as well (cringe/taboo). Therefore, people grow naturally as an emotional mess, so it is not surprise that most adults are immature in terms of feelings.
Also, the basic programming of humans to procreate is on excessive overdrive. In other words, teenagers (and such) are more horny that it is recommended; they need to consciously/constantly calm down or the instincts overflow their judgment/discernment.

Using emotional manipulation cleverly, this is the simplified scam of large charities (including some religions) and other individuals/organizations (including supermarkets/restaurants). Naive nice/good people fall for the trap of caring manipulation.
In the USA, some waitresses/servers depend on tips, because greedy companies refuse to pay them properly, so the customers feel obligated to give them high tips.
