All I can say after spending years on imageboards is that you have to be completely braindead if you can be doxed by either the users or the admins of a site. For me it's weird when I meet such an ignorance which can't differentiate between board staff and global staff. Are these people new to imageboards where users can create and moderate their own boards along their own rules?
I do think however this particular person blurred the lines between board and global moderation for trolling purposes so he can spew out his false accusations, disguised as a legitimate indignation, faking outrage. Especially since I already told him he can open his board once already.

1. The thread you linked reached bump limit. On endchan threads gets bumped to 500 replies.
2. Users can't edit/delete threads. Users can edit/delete their own posts if they added password when uploaded the post. Board staff can disable user deletions, so even that might not work.
