I think we missed your post due to the flood.
Those options control how "wide" of a subnet gets banned. Narrow is /24, wide is /16.
Let's say the IP is 12.24.232.198
Then the narrow range is: 12.24.232.0
The wide: 12.24.0.0

It seems to me the "Scrub media (remove image from site)" option when deleting posts is no longer working correctly. When I delete posts with this option checked the files are no longer removed from the server as they were before and still remain accessible with the direct link to the image. This is a problem.

If new posts are loaded throug page auto refreshing, the script isn't applied, as it only runs once. That's what the MutationObserver handles.
Moreover, posts present on the page when you load the thread, and posts which gets added during auto-refresh, varies slightly.

There is no censorship on endchan. As I told you you can open your own board and post your views there, maybe someone will post counterarguments or differing opinions.

And to make this post into something which other users might interested in.
For me it's weird when I meet such an ignorance which can't differentiate between board staff and global staff. Are these people new to imageboards where users can create and moderate their own boards along their own rules?
I do think however this particular person blurred the lines between board and global moderation for trolling purposes so he can spew out his false accusations, disguised as a legitimate indignation, faking outrage. Especially since I already told him he can open his board once already.
