The original episodes from the late 90s and early 2000s were far superior but as always politics got in the way later on and the show started to get less funny as time went on. Key thing about good entertainment: keep the fucking politics to yourself and focus on making the show funny rather than a show to appease political activists. This is one of the reasons I do not watch TV today and any shows I own are all classic oldies on digital drives and DVD box sets.

In contrast, Mike Judge's new Beavis and Butthead is doing it right. Still the same hilarious cringe worthy cartoon show.

Those that never joined or relied on social media for friendships were smart no matter how "tin foil" anyone considers it. Most my friends are (older, 80s born) millennials, gen X and even a few boomers. While some of us do use the internet we all have one thing in common: we all lived life without the internet, before the days "social media" existed. Most of us knew one another for a long time, some longer than others obviously. IRL relations are, by far, always better. If you live like a hermit or rely on social media then yah you are kinda socially fucked, time to get off the computer/phone and meet some people IRL before you die isolated from real society.
