2-How are our memes doing?
This seems like info to put put in a War Room thread. I would dearly love for anons who share memes to report back the results, it would be really helpful to everyone. So far I've only seen one report. This has to be done voluntarily.

I don't have any social accounts - I have done digging, mini-buns, and many memes here (no need to update main spreadsheet, so this is how I can help rn). I also have slow & unreliable 'net connection.

One way to keep watch on hashtags, meme droppage and popularity is via TweetDeck for desktop - I think 4 columns max, you can monitor hashtags, keywords, people, etc. (I don't have bandwidth for that). If someone wants to do that and keep us updated, great!

3- Dig goals
It's good to keep tabs on what's being actively researched and what's falling through the cracks. I'm not sure gauging the results by # of posts is really an accurate measure. I've seen some really good results all in 2 posts, other really good results in many posts but only 1 item in each post. Sometimes also quantity != quality.

It would seem more efficient and ultimately productive for anons determine what avenue to research on a topic that may be broad:
-Bidens' corruption across multiple countries, involving shell companies
* Is it worthwhile to research all 500 shell companies? Will that help us ultimately? Or do we consider it settled that there are many shell companies and move on?

Anons know you are working very hard on this board, and everyone appreciates that a lot. I have seen that I will not be the first to tell you that anons self-organize. A top-down strategy does not and will never work with anons. Creating tasks and delegating orders will not work and while most will not say anything, it will rankle many, and there will be low participation and frustration. This is said honestly, kindly and with no accusation or offense intended, I have seen this myself over the years on both chans, over and over again.

What does work is self-organizing. For example in one document dump (wikileaks or FBI vault, can't recall), anons volunteered to take ten page increments to review, people posted which pages they would take, and then tagged their results to the initial post. Something like 500 pages was done in one day, no top-down, all self-organized and it ended in a timely manner with very good results that were actionable.

Another method that worked fairly well was making topic-dig specific threads - keeping the results of digs centralized for easier retrieval (rather than searching through General threads) and then announcing in the General thread the results of a dig, with a link and either call for help or review (same thing kind of). Anons could refer to that thread when they were looking for something on that topic, duplication of effort was lowered and the effort yielded better results. This was helpful to meme magicians and infograph-makers and other diggers alike.

Making charts and tracking numbers of posts or users count does not appear to be helpful to advancing POTUS' agenda or our specific tasking from Q - "find the spiders, build the web (map)" and "create graphics to educate and calm the public during and after the Storm." It would seem that the research itself, the work product (memes/graphics) are the output that Q+ expects. I do not think that analytics of engagement here or post-count on this or that topic accomplishes those goals or moves us forward to those goals. The research itself and memes/graphics made from them, and the dissemination of those same, are what they are looking for and counting on us to provide and do. We have accomplished truly fantastic things on 4/pol/ with not one chart or directive from anyone - we memed Trump into office!! We likewise accomplished a lot on 8ch, also with no formal organization, management, charts, directives or weekly reports. Anons just do not work that way. Anons self-organize, self-correct and self-direct. We have been very successful thus far and we're hitting our stride again with WarRoomfag returning, actual digging and meme production and dissemination all working together, self-directed, self-organized.

One additional item - you typically make many request posts with repeating red text during each thread. Some of these requests overlap and it is difficult for anons to know to which to respond, and there have been some occasions where you missed multiple responses to your many requests. It might be helpful to streamline those posts (more concise and 1 line of red text) and make them at the beginning and middle of the threads, while paying attention to the replies to those few posts. That would help both you and anons and would tidy up the thread, simplify what you are trying to accomplish and streamline the request/response process and be more efficient. Just my observations and suggestions, and I hope you can accept them in the spirit they are intended - one oldfag's observations, suggestions because I want us to produce the best output that will help POTUS succeed and us all MAGA.

Schiff initially denied he knew anything about the complaint before it was filed, stating on Sep. 17: “We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. We would like to."

Grace, 36, was hired to help Schiff’s committee investigate the Trump White House. That month, Trump accused Schiff of "stealing people who work at White House." Grace worked at the NSC from 2016 to 2018 in U.S.-China relations and then briefly at the Center for a New American Security think tank, which was founded by two former senior Obama administration officials.

Digger & baker here.
Best way i know to where the "holes" are is using Qresear.ch. Just enter a search term in the search box, then when all the posts are listed, use f3 to narrow the search. You'll know exactly what's been done both here and on other boards. And what needs digging. Go pick any topic and search in QResear.ch--full of great diggs that can be usefully dug on for many purposes (also keeps anons from reinventing the wheel).

Some anons may not be familiar with qresear.ch if they're newish but bakers use it for checking for duplication (espec. for posts that are just links to articles and nothing moar; we don't know those posted over and over--or posted from many different anons). Many thx to ResignationAnon, who developed it.

Another suggestion is for the anons who are really deep into a digg (or into anything--like a meme campaign) to collect buns of relevant posts. We did this for "muh Russia" campaign in Jan--an oldfag showed me, it was really helpful, we just kept tagging the older buns and listing them in newer posts. Usually, one person does this. sometimes bakers do too but only if there's time, bakers are busy.
In this example, one person took that responsibility. This is not something assigned, people just do it if they want.

Also, if a post is part of a digg, i also use formatting to alert the baker:

so the post gets picked up by baker; otherwise, half the time they don't know why you're posting something if you don't give at least a little info.

Q work is all volunteer and always organic, there are no bosses here, just anons using their brains and intuitive to decide what needs doing. Don't need a manager when you've got all the anons on the board happy to call you out if there's no sauce, or the sauce is iffy ("sorchafaal"). Some anons just go get a bunch of leads and and list them for anons to follow up on. I do that when baking a slow bred.

The 2020 Democratic candidate with whom the CIA whistleblower had a "professional" tie is Joe Biden, according to intelligence officers and former White House officials.

Lawyers for the whistleblower said he had worked only "in the executive branch." The Washington Examiner has established that he is a career CIA analyst who was detailed to the National Security Council at the White House and has since left. On Sept. 26, the New York Times reported that he was a CIA officer. On Oct. 4, the newspaper added that he "was detailed to the National Security Council at one point."

Michael Atkinson, the Intelligence Community's inspector general, told members of Congress that the whistleblower had a "professional tie" to a 2020 Democratic candidate. He had written earlier that while the whistleblower's complaint was credible, he had shown "some indicia of an arguable political bias ... in favor of a rival political candidate."

A retired CIA officer told the Washington Examiner, “From everything we know about the whistleblower and his work in the executive branch then, there is absolutely no doubt he would have been working with Biden when he was vice president."

As an experienced CIA official on the NSC with the deep knowledge of Ukraine that he demonstrated in his complaint, it is probable that the whistleblower briefed Biden and likely that he accompanied him on Air Force Two during at least one of the six visits the 2020 candidate made to the country.

A former Trump administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters, said Biden’s work on foreign affairs brought him into close proximity with the whistleblower either at the CIA or when he was detailed to the White House.

“This person, after working with Biden, may feel defensive towards him because he feels [Biden] is being falsely attacked. Maybe he is even talking to Biden’s staff,” the former official said. “Maybe it is innocent, maybe not.”

Last month, the whistleblower accused President Trump of abusing his position by asking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Biden and his son, Hunter, who sat on the board of a Ukrainian gas company. His complaint is now at the center of a Democrat-led impeachment inquiry, prompting Trump and his allies to cry foul.

Biden was President Barack Obama’s "point man" on Ukraine, making a half dozen trips there in his eight years as vice president. Those trips involved briefings from senior intelligence officials and NSC officers, some of whom traveled with him to Kyiv and elsewhere.

“The Whistleblower has ties to one of my DEMOCRAT OPPONENTS,” tweeted Trump, after the "professional" link was revealed by the Washington Examiner. “Why does the ICIG allow this scam to continue?”

I use formatting a lot bc it's useful for highlighting key points. The research on how the eye takes in screen info suggests it's a lot harder than stuff on paper. I use whatever tools will make the ideas easily grasped with a quick scan.

Sometimes i get the feeling that anons don't use bc they think it's fame-fagging or something. But that's like Richard Nixon saying, "No, i don't want make-up for the debate."

Bakers in fast breds don't mess around. Always use lots of bold and red text to "mark" key info, like signing on, signing off, listing pastebin changes & notables. These have to be easy to find, espec. for ebakes.

No. I tried baking once on 4 and it was a disaster, but - I have a genuine appreciation for what you do!
